SEXISM:Guys versus Girls

Ok I overheard this conversation between some friends- a girl and two guys.. at an eatery where I went to just chill...alone..

It was kinda annoying, you know..i started imagining how people can just have such narrow thinking and ideas that just scream- ''I am a sexist!!!''

Incase u don't know the meaning of that word, you might just want to look it up..

Or maybe by the time you're done reading this post,you'd get to understand where i'm headed or maybe not..

Uhm...boy 1 starts the discussion by telling others of his accidental entry into a whore house(ashawo house)...

"Mehn,i didn't know how I found myself inside there oo...all I wanted was a drink and before I knew it I looked left and right and saw guys seriously banging girls at all corners..different positions oo..hahaha" he said while laughing..

The others laughed too..i could tell they were enjoying themselves..then he continued..

"Guy I swear,dos gals wey I see dia ehh..dey too fine. Kai!"he raised his glass of beer to take a sip.

"Bro leave oo..most of those babes fine wella..and the worst be say,most of them dey claim say them be student". That was the 2nd guy..

"Tunde..you know the thing wey dey pain me pass,dey no dey send..because afterall,one man somewhere go come carry them...na d way nah..".this was the first guy again..

At this moment,i got to know the name of the 2nd guy-Tunde..

Meanwhile,the girl in their midst remained mute..i guess she was just observing..although she laughed at intervals..

"Babe this one you're not saying anything,hope all is well...or am I lying? At the end of d whole thing,after spreading their legs open for a million guys,one rich dude will come and ask their hand in marriage?"..the first guy continued..

"Hahaha...Eddy you're correct sha..but abeg shebi you know d girls aren't the only guilty ones?"

"Amara leave that thing joor."Tunde retorted..."since when did it matter what guys do?"

"Yes oo baby, nobody looks at the guys these days.."said Eddy.

"Hmm..i'm disappointed in you guys oo...so you don't know guys also prostitute ehh..you think it's just something girls do alone..what about all these guys that sleep around with married women,and then come around to ask our hand in marriage...abi no be d same tin?"

"Na so! No be d same tin jare...see ehh..guys are allowed to sleep around..have plenty girls at their beck and call..but girls...naaah...if a girl does that,she's seen as wayward..it's not done abeg,ask anybody nah" that was the first guy again..Eddy..

"This thing you people are saying is just somehow...i'm strongly against it..that's not how things are done oo".Amara said..and they all laughed at her saying she was just defending ladies,since she's also one.. 

I slowly got up to leave afterwards..i had heard enough and it wasn't at all interesting abeg...

But come to think of it oo..seriously now..why will guys be allowed to flirt around,and it's not the same for girls..

Why can't the same treatment/eye/words be used on a guy that is promiscuous as well..

This is not just the only case of gender discrimination..there are so many and it isn't favoring the ladies at all..

I'll stop here for now,while I keep going over this issue in my head..
