ALWAYS STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF

Hi Sweethearts,
  want to ask just a few questions..

Do you know yourself?.

Do you know what you are/are not capable of doing?

Do you act to gain favor from people by doing stuff that will only please people so you'll just remain in their good books?

Do you compare yourself with others?

 Do you make people around you comfortable in their skin or you always point out their inadequacies, just to get an upper hand...?Who told you, you are any

better than them.

Do you make people think you're well-to-do in public, when you know yo can't even afford a meal for yourself at home?

Can you define yourself and be true to that..Not being embarrased or angry with how you are..

Do you take yourself the way you are? Changing

things about you, not to please someone but because

 you want to be someone better in the society...

Now, i'm going to list things about me that I know are totally me and i'm proud to be this way regardless of what people say.

1. I tend to always make people around me comfortable...Some people think its because i'm too scared to point out things or 'yab'..so i'll not be 'yabbed'... but just check out this scenario..  Obi is my friend and has a k-leg...we are in a gathering discussing something very important and another friend leaves the discussion to ask obi why he has a k-leg..  now, that's quite annoying! I try to ease the air by changing the topic but you can see that Obi is hurt...His leg isn't straight! He knows that already..so, why bring it up..why ask him a question he has no answer to, especially at that very moment..Now that's me..call me boring or too stiff, I don't care..
2. I am so much interested in finding love and keeping it..Whenever i get the chance to talk about it, i do so with great passion.,.some people are not cool with. Others say i'm only wasting my time, that such doesn't exist..but you must know this everybody is entitled to their opinion and because of that, i don't listen to them.
3. I'm a little bit shy.I can't really look people in their eyes especially when i'm not really comfortable in their company or I'm getting to know you but that doesn't mean I'm timid. I know I can actually stand and talk and maintain my ground in any argument! So take note! there is a huge difference between being shy and timid..
4. Ok i have my own view on religion and faith..I have my own personal relationship with my creator, God in heaven.. so if you think because I'm not showing it by doing what you are doing, carrying a bible up and down and things like that, then you are on your own...We are different.So, I can't change for you.
5. lastly, I don't give in to peer pressure. Whatever i do today, i do it because i really want to...Not to please anybody..and not because i was forced..

Now, my 20plus sweeties, I'm not perfect but at least I know who I am...I can live with myself and not try to be someone else...Can you say the same for yourself?

 Can you stand out and not follow the crowd?

when you are done analyzing all these, please do this, get a pen and paper and write down stuff about you, that you love(positive things),things you'd never change...if there are other negative things, change them for you alone..because you want to be better..especially bad habits..

Please do not be who you are not!

 it doesn't pay at all... STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF... This is my message.. Straight from my heart...Thanks..
